The UNLV Harry Reid Research & Technology Park in the southwest valley appears ready to begin construction on a new building.

Gardner Company selected Rice Reuther Sullivan & Carroll LLP to provide legal counsel to the company, which has recently expanded into the Las Vegas market.
Dan Stewart is vice president of development for the Gardner Co.’s recently opened Southern Nevada office. Gardner is the master developer for the UNLV Research Foundation’s Harry Reid Research and Technology Park. Slater Hanifan Group are the civil engineers in the development for Phase One of the park.
