Gardner Company Hires Architect for UNLV Research & Technology Park

On Nov. 21, Gardner Company announced Ed Vance and Associates as the architects for the UNLV Harry Reid Research & Technology Park.

Founder and CEO of Ed Vance and Associates, Ed Vance said, “We are thrilled and honored to be a part of this extraordinary project and look forward to fostering a long and successful relationship with the Gardner team.”

In July 2016, the UNLV Research Foundation had selected Gardner Company as the master developer for the Research & Technology Park. Gardner hopes to break ground by fall 2017.

Vice President of Development for Gardner Company’s southern Nevada office, Dan Stewart said, “We are making great progress in putting together a skilled team to design and develop the tech park. Ed Vance and his team have worked on some impressive projects and I look forward to seeing what ideas they can integrate into Gardner’s vast array of building experience.”
