What is the purpose of the UNLV | Harry Reid Research and Technology Park?
To support research and technology development at UNLV and in Las Vegas, creating a business community that will advance existing research enterprise and a high-tech economic base in southern Nevada.
Where is the Tech Park located?
The Tech Park is located in southwest Las Vegas at the intersection of Durango Drive and Sunset Road, less than ¼ mile from the 215 Beltway. Located in the fastest growing area of the city, tenants can take advantage of the area’s multiple residential, retail and commercial conveniences.
How large is the Tech Park?
Approximately 122 acres.
Who is constructing the Tech Park?
Burke Construction Group was named the general contractor for the project, Slater Hanifan was selected as the civil engineer and Ed Vance & Associates was selected as the architect.
What is the standard parcel size at the Tech Park?
We will custom design parcel sizes to meet the needs of each business.
What are the intended uses of space at the Tech Park?
Office, technology, medical and retail.
